The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for managing and driving sales and margin in alignment with the financial plan of the company by managing a sales team that develops customer relationships, pursues sales opportunities, and ultimately closes sales. The AM is responsible for building and developing (includes recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring and coaching) a professional and talented sales organization that provides the desired customer experience while maximizing sales, margin, close rates and average ticket. Qualifications: -Must have at least 1 year of previous retail management experience. -Ability to work hours necessary to fulfill the requirements of the position. -Ability to prepare and review extensive management paperwork, working within schedules and meeting deadlines.
