Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for p lanning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements of the company Duties: -Prepare for, attend, and participate in the contract negotiations. -Track projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with project. -Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks. -Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions. -Work with the software, hardware, architecture teams to understand the requirements and constraints. -Work independently with minimal supervision. Mininum Qualifications: • 8+ years experience in a management consulting, or similar strategic program management role for a tech or consumer company • Experience in social media, software, Internet or digital media industries • Experience working in and influencing global cross-functional teams • Experience influencing at the leadership level • Communicator with analytical experience and business sense • BA/BS degree Preferred Qualifications: • Experience leading global projects • MBA
